This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Inspire, motivate, and guide a team to provide an exceptional experience for owners, emphasizing the enhancement of their experience, education, and the development of a community among Dyson owners.
• Set a positive example and assist your team in creating an environment that showcases our machines, delivering top-tier demonstrations and experiences.
• Establish a sustainable retail framework that is efficient, continually evolving, and surpasses our customers' expectations, while ensuring a safe, compliant, and cost-controlled atmosphere.
• Take personal accountability for meeting individual and store-specific KPIs, encompassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales, customer service, and store profitability objectives.
• Introduce new products and services to the market.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain informed about product developments, while aiding the store team in doing the same.
• Perform any tasks related to the operation and management of the Store, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of communal areas.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team within a premium retail setting.
• Proven track record in store leadership.
• Established experience in managing the daily operations of a retail store.
• Proven capability to communicate with, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in the advanced MS Office Suite.
