Staff Supervisor, Regional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Support the management and leadership of the Regional Crisis Line programs (RCLs).

• Supervise the Crisis Counselors who handle calls for the Greater Columbia, North Sound, and Salish RCLs.

• Provide remote, 24/7, and after-hours supervision for the RCL programs.

• Collaborate with various Behavioral Health programs to ensure alignment and coordination in crisis services throughout the department.

• Establish and maintain a remote platform via Microsoft Teams for staff training, enrichment, support, and overall supervision.

• Manage the 24/7 Crisis Counselor schedule.

• Respond to incoming RCL calls and offer emotional support to clients.

• Conduct periodic silent monitoring of staff calls and assist with police interventions and other reporting procedures.

• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to continuously improve these metrics.

• Engage actively in audit and accreditation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration must be obtained within 30 days of employment, or an equivalent, and must remain active throughout employment.

• A minimum of three (3) years of recent, relevant experience, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

• High-Speed Internet: Minimum download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps is required.

• Secured Wired Connection: A direct wired connection to the internet using a secured ethernet cable is essential.

• No Satellite Internet: Satellite internet services such as HughesNet, Starlink, or Visat are not supported due to latency concerns.
