Staff Software Engineer – Platform

• Drive Platform Excellence: Create and deploy foundational platform services that enhance the developer experience and minimize operational overhead throughout the engineering organization.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, research, and security teams to ensure our infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with the company's broader mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, showcasing a proven ability to design and scale complex distributed systems.

• Proven experience leading high-impact engineering teams, including mentoring junior engineers and shaping technical strategy at a staff level.

• Proficiency in cloud-native infrastructure (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes at scale.

• Expertise in GPU/ML infrastructure for large-scale training, data generation, and inference workloads, encompassing GPU scheduling, optimization, and high-performance networking.

• Strong capacity to break down intricate technical problems into simplified, incremental, and actionable architectural designs.
