Staff Software Engineer – Identity & Access Control

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and enhance the core security framework of our worldwide ecosystem.

• Spearhead the architecture of critical systems—from identity federation and intricate token lifecycles to detailed access control models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in backend or systems engineering, with a minimum of 5 years focused on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) sector.

• Advanced proficiency in Go, with a proven history of developing high-performance, concurrent, and scalable distributed systems.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing services within Kubernetes environments (AWS or GCP).

• In-depth architectural knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SCIM.

• Practical experience with identity federation, advanced token management, and intricate access control mechanisms.

• Strong understanding of contemporary security best practices, encryption protocols, and secure coding standards.
