Staff Software Engineer – FullStack

📋 Description

• Act as the Architectural Anchor for the integration of AI into the product framework. Your role will involve researching, prototyping, and deploying innovative solutions utilizing LLMs and the latest frontend technologies, ensuring these models are not merely theoretical but are effectively incorporated into high-performance, user-oriented applications.

• Design the frontend architecture that acts as the entrance to our AI platform. You will create robust, scalable interfaces capable of delivering insights from millions of documents with sub-second response times. By connecting complex AI services to end-users, you will ensure that large-scale data is transformed into efficient, intuitive, and highly reactive web applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to assess and adopt emerging technologies, while leading the smooth integration and optimization of intelligent features and impactful workflows throughout the platform.

• Serve as the primary technical mentor and thought leader for our extensive engineering team, driving essential initiatives to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in developing complex, data-driven full-stack systems, with at least 5 years focused on scaling production-grade services using Node.js, GraphQL, and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.

• In-depth knowledge of React and TypeScript; a proven track record of implementing performance best practices, managing complex architectural choices, and promoting code-level enhancements.

• Demonstrated success in architecting large-scale asynchronous systems employing streaming, queuing, and caching methodologies, supported by robust observability (logging, metrics, tracing).

• Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Vespa) and cloud-native development within AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with Python or Java/Spring.

• A strong interest in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas and influencing engineering direction across various teams without direct authority.

• Previous experience in global technology firms or high-growth product companies with a rigorous engineering culture.
