Staff Software Engineer – Cribl AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product engineering teams to prototype and test innovative AI features

• Engage with backend and frontend systems, interacting with LLMs and/or additional ML models

• Implement, launch, and manage AI-driven technology integrations within Cribl’s core products aimed at addressing genuine customer challenges

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI technology

• Work closely with model fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms

• This role will include stand-by, on-call, or off-hours responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with over 6 years of industry experience

• Strong problem-solving skills based on first principles while maintaining focus on overarching goals

• Previous experience contributing to products that have achieved significant user traction or have scaled to a large audience

• Background as an AI/ML Engineer

• Familiarity with ML Ops

• Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript and experience with either Node or React
