Staff Software Engineer – Consumer, Money

📋 Description

• Develop and refine the strategy for MetaMask's Stablecoin / Earn feature to provide Neobank-like experiences.

• Implement user-focused solutions across MetaMask Clients, including Extension, Mobile, and Web.

• Contribute to the backend APIs and middleware that support these consumer experiences.

• Assist in creating intuitive, efficient, and secure Web3 interactions that provide satisfaction to users.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver top-quality features.

• Engage in code reviews and help uphold high standards of code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with mobile-based technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in building websites and/or applications.

• Proficiency in React and React Native.

• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6/TypeScript/etc.).

• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration.

• Knowledge of cross-platform/browser compatibility.

• Experience with APIs and middleware services.

• Background in working within an agile development team.

• Proven experience in developing applications with clean code practices, testing, and adherence to coding standards.

• Awareness of web-based security considerations.
