Staff Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• The position requires in-depth expertise in the Novologix application.

• Guide and assist others in the development of .NET web applications and Azure cloud services.

• Design, implement, and ensure effective measures for successful execution.

• Provide insights regarding improvement objectives for business units.

• Perform ongoing system maintenance, research, and problem-solving independently.

• Collaborate with the Novologix ARB to pinpoint opportunities for technological advancements.

• Lead teams in the design, development, and implementation of application projects.

• Formulate and execute strategies for application development that are in line with business goals.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Engage with business stakeholders to ascertain requirements.

• Establish systems to ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of applications.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Maintain regular communication with external partners and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.

• In-depth knowledge of the Novologix application.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex solutions for Novologix business users.

• Proficiency in developing .NET web applications, Azure cloud applications, API services, and SQL Server tables.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
