Staff Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate multi-LLM workflows and establish best practices for AI-native coding and code verification.

• Create comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire ecosystem while proactively addressing technical debt.

• Guide Senior and II-level engineers, nurturing a culture of trust, respect, and high performance.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to influence product roadmaps and optimize the SDD framework for peak efficiency.

• Ensure that all AI-generated solutions comply with stringent security, performance, and maintainability standards at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, SDD, and AI-driven debugging.

• Proficient in .NET 6+ with C#.

• Extensive knowledge of SQL.

• Advanced experience with Git.

• Long-standing experience in Unit Testing.

• Specialized knowledge in RESTful web services.

• In-depth understanding of messaging & queuing systems.

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field along with eight (8) or more years of experience in solution delivery and technical leadership.
