Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product features encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Design customer and internal processes for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk management.

• Transform unclear product challenges into effective systems with an intuitive user experience and dependable backend functionality.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, mobile developers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to ensure rapid launches and continuous improvements post-release.

• Create internal tools and automation solutions to minimize manual tasks and enable teams to function efficiently at scale.

• Take ownership of your projects beyond launch: monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, learn from feedback, and implement enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant full stack engineering experience with tangible products that have been successfully launched.

• Proficient across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and skilled in production debugging.

• Strong frontend development skills using React, Next.js, Vue, or other similar modern frameworks.

• Solid understanding of backend principles related to APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and system reliability.

• Excellent product intuition and a knack for streamlining complex workflows.

• Capable of working quickly in uncertain environments and taking full responsibility for project outcomes from start to finish.
