Staff Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of a significant segment of one of our products, managing projects from start to finish.

• Conduct competitor analysis, draft product specifications, create wireframes, and more.

• Participate in developing features that enhance Talent Acquisition.

• Contribute to decisions regarding product design, software architecture, and project execution.

• 4+ years of experience working as a full-time engineer.

• You are comfortable addressing any aspect of a technology stack.

• You have experience with projects that involve considerable product and technical uncertainty.

• You understand how to balance speed and quality effectively.

• You are driven and continuously strive to enhance your skills.

• You excel in collaboration and communication.
