📋 Description

• Create outstanding experiences: Develop experiences that resonate with our customers and fulfill their needs. • Advocate for customers: Dedicate time to comprehend our customers, their tasks, and incorporate this insight into your work and that of your colleagues. Identify and present a strong case for enhancing existing components of our product to better satisfy customer requirements.

• Foster alignment: Gather diverse viewpoints early and regularly to enhance your work. Share context, including customer insights, business implications, trade-offs, and reasoning to build consensus and make progress.

• Exhibit ownership: Actively educate individuals outside of the design team on effective collaboration. Clearly communicate your priorities and urgency levels. Keep stakeholders updated on your progress, potential risks, and changes to timelines. Take the initiative to enhance our team and its methodologies.

• Elevate others: Serve as a role model for best practices and mentor junior members of the design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a developer tool SaaS product or a comparable field.

• A portfolio that showcases proficiency in all design phases, including:

• - Leading a collaborative design journey from inception to execution.

• - Conducting independent user research.

• - Making design choices based on data analysis.

• - Positively influencing customers and enhancing business metrics.

• - Exhibiting strong communication and storytelling abilities (both written and verbal).

• - Utilizing and contributing to a common design system and team processes.

• - Producing aesthetically pleasing and pixel-perfect final UI.

• - Comfortably designing for developer experiences, including intricate workflows, technical concepts, and system limitations.
