Staff Product Designer, Client Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the client experience design strategy in collaboration with Product and Engineering, establishing success metrics.

• Create comprehensive client journeys, patterns, and frameworks that facilitate scalable and personalized experiences.

• Enhance client experience through smooth online booking processes, self-service options, and effective communication points.

• Transform human needs into engaging client-facing experiences.

• Collaborate with engineers to oversee implementation and ensure that design intent is maintained.

• Serve as a design leader, influencing colleagues and enhancing the design culture.

• Profound empathy for clients and a keen intuition for what renders experiences seamless and reliable.

• Extensive knowledge of the complete, iterative design process, including research, journey mapping, content design, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity execution.

• Demonstrated ability to design for conversion, retention, and engagement, while balancing business objectives with exceptional client experience.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aiding teams in achieving clarity within dynamic environments.

• A strong perspective complemented by openness to feedback and iterative improvement.

• Ability to prioritize outcomes over outputs, delivering thoughtfully while upholding a high quality standard.

• Proficient in modern design and AI tools (e.g., Figma, Claude, Cursor).
