• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aiding teams in achieving clarity within dynamic environments.
• A strong perspective complemented by openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Ability to prioritize outcomes over outputs, delivering thoughtfully while upholding a high quality standard.
• Proficient in modern design and AI tools (e.g., Figma, Claude, Cursor).
