Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for innovative AI-driven features, from identifying issues to delivering a refined user interface.

• Convert intricate accounting and auditing workflows into intuitive and seamless user interactions.

• Develop prototypes for intelligent agent experiences that integrate automation, contextual awareness, and transparency.

• Work in partnership with AI and data teams to design conversational flows, confidence indicators, and user feedback mechanisms.

• Review, define, and enhance Suralink’s design system for scalability, accessibility, and alignment between design and code.

• Implement design tokens, variants, and comprehensive documentation to ensure consistency across multiple products.

• Collaborate with engineering to set governance, release schedules, and component versioning.

• Develop and sustain Zeroheight / Storybook documentation to encourage widespread adoption among teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of experience in designing complex SaaS products, with notable involvement in 0→1 or platform development.

• Demonstrated experience in designing AI or data-driven features, or a keen interest in LLM-enabled interfaces.

• Profound expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, and tokens.

• Strong portfolio that showcases systems thinking and the ability to deliver elegant, cohesive user experiences.

• Experience in close collaboration with engineering and product leadership to influence roadmaps.

• Exceptional skills in communication, documentation, and presentation.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design principles.
