This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducting thorough virtual consultations using Zoom.
• Analyzing biometric, physiological, and clinical information to create effective treatment plans.
• Carrying out detailed risk assessments and guiding patients through tailored strategies.
• Emphasizing high-touch, concierge-style interactions to enhance the patient experience.
• Keeping up-to-date with Medicine 3.0 literature and emerging research.
• Investigating and integrating new devices, tools, and technologies to improve outcomes.
• Fine-tuning protocols and incorporating evidence-based advancements into everyday practice.
• Collaborating with the physician assistant and patient care coordinator to ensure comprehensive documentation and follow-through.
• Partnering with health coaches and support staff to implement patient protocols effectively.
• Contributing insights to guarantee that patients receive consistent concierge-level service.
• Anticipating patient needs and assisting the team in proactive care delivery.
• MD with an active DEA license.
• Ideally 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in internal medicine, including experience in a concierge-style practice.
• A strong enthusiasm for Medicine 3.0, with proven application in both personal and professional settings.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding, high-touch patient care—both in-person and virtually via Zoom.
• A solid commitment to service excellence and enhancing the patient experience at every touchpoint.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capacity to convey complex risk and medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for patients, while maintaining polished, professional communication across clinical, team, and external environments.
• Advanced analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in interpreting and applying clinical and physiological data (e.g., exercise physiology, sleep, biometric devices).
• Confidence in explaining complex, nuanced medical concepts to detail-oriented audiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail, along with excellent time and task management skills.
• Strong proficiency in EMR systems, with a genuine enthusiasm for adopting, learning, and implementing new software solutions.
