📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical vision and roadmap for machine learning systems that support forecasting, supply positioning, and fleet optimization.

• Lead the comprehensive execution of complex, cross-functional machine learning projects.

• Serve as the primary technical decision-maker for the team.

• Mentor and nurture engineers by providing valuable technical guidance.

• Collaborate with product and operations leadership to influence strategic direction.

• Establish best practices for the development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of machine learning solutions.

• Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities.

• Act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing to key areas of the codebase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.

• Proven experience serving as a technical lead or informal team leader.

• Strong skills in system design, including the architecture of scalable machine learning systems, data pipelines, and both real-time and batch inference systems.

• Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into clear technical strategies.

• Experience in mentoring and developing engineers.

• Proficient coding skills in Python.

• Familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data tools (SQL, Spark).
