Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance clinical trials and elevate patient outcomes.

• Design sophisticated ML models and LLM-powered agents for essential applications such as patient recruitment, enrollment forecasting, and study feasibility.

• Utilize contemporary cloud technologies and MLOps best practices to construct resilient data pipelines and deploy models at scale.

• Collaborate with teams of data scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and domain experts to incorporate AI functionalities into our platform.

• Commit to continuous learning and innovation by staying informed about the latest advancements in ML/AI and proactively introducing new concepts to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in ML engineering: A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions in production at scale.

• Strong programming and data analysis skills: Proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

• Expertise in cloud and MLOps: Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) and containerization tools such as Docker.

• In-depth ML/AI knowledge: A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (model selection, training, evaluation, feature engineering).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Capable of deconstructing complex challenges and formulating effective, efficient ML solutions.
