• Develop, construct, train, and implement machine learning models to identify sensitive information and detect malicious threats (such as phishing emails).
• Produce production-ready code to transform your ML models into functional pipelines and engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Design scalable, dependable, and maintainable machine learning pipelines that integrate effortlessly with current backend systems.
• Investigate the latest advancements in generative AI and large language models (LLMs) as potential enhancements to our detection capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure that machine learning projects align with business objectives.
• Maintain a competitive edge by researching new algorithms, technologies, and frameworks to improve our detection models.
• Foster a positive engineering culture through active participation and mentorship.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 8 years of experience (or a Ph.D. with 6+ years) in machine learning, data science, or related areas, including at least 3 years in a senior or staff engineering position.
• Profound understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques as well as large language models (LLMs).
• Extensive experience in creating efficient and effective data pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of constructing efficient end-to-end ML workflows and a strong commitment to overseeing the entire model development process from inception to deployment and maintenance.
