This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Investigate and implement cutting-edge machine learning methodologies, such as large language models (LLMs), deep learning, and graph neural networks, to address intricate challenges throughout the organization.
• Work closely with management and stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and convert them into actionable quarterly initiatives.
• Create and implement scalable, secure systems utilizing advanced AI/ML technologies and industry-leading practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs through comprehensive reviews across teams.
• Provide mentorship to other data professionals, including machine learning engineers (MLEs), within the organization.
• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 8+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering.
• At least 6 years of practical experience in designing, constructing, and deploying AI (ML, DL, Gen-AI) models, including Reinforcement Learning algorithms, Recommendation systems, Transformers, fine-tuned LLMs, Causal Inference, Regressions, etc.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML applications, including Reinforcement algorithms, Recommendation systems, and Generative AI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
