This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the technical strategy and architecture for our organization's advertising identity modeling solutions along with other related advertising measurement frameworks.
• Develop and train sophisticated machine learning models while ensuring they meet standards for accuracy, scalability, and compliance with privacy regulations, managing the trade-offs between complexity, latency, and predictive quality.
• Supervise the complete machine learning workflows—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, assessment, and deployment—focusing on optimizing both performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product management, data science, platform engineering, privacy, and legal) to outline the roadmap and establish long-term objectives.
• Implement engineering best practices, code quality standards, and data governance protocols to guarantee the identity graph's maintainability and reliability.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, cultivating a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to scalable machine learning systems.
• Proven experience in designing and developing advertising measurement modeling solutions utilizing advanced machine learning methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of various identifiers (such as cookies, hashed emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, and user agents) and their applications in identity resolution.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (like TensorFlow and PyTorch) and libraries for feature engineering, model training, and inference.
• Strong grasp of large-scale data processing, distributed computing, and data infrastructure (including Spark, Kafka, Beam, and Flink).
• Demonstrated technical leadership in cross-functional environments, making architectural decisions and influencing stakeholders (including product, data science, privacy, and legal).
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and collaboration abilities to align teams with a long-term vision for identity resolution.
