Staff Enterprise Security Engineer, AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute secure reference architectures for Enterprise AI platforms that safeguard every interaction with Twilio, guaranteeing data integrity, compliance with regulations, and resilience against emerging AI threats.

• Create a comprehensive framework for AI evaluation, fostering the cultural and policy transformations necessary to embed this strategic perspective throughout the organization.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate and establish a long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management, ensuring unified strategies to mitigate risks associated with agentic AI usage.

• Enhance and sustain our enterprise security posture through high-quality coding (Python, Go, or similar) and automated infrastructure management via Infrastructure as Code (IAC).

• Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers and provide strategic guidance to leadership on the dynamic AI landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security.

• More than 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a technical team or managing technical risk assessments in an enterprise setting.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud security (AWS, GCP) and container security (Kubernetes).

• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying intricate security systems at scale.

• Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.

• Experience in creating, deploying, and reviewing automation processes for complex security workflows, utilizing both AI-driven and traditional automation tools.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating intricate AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
