• Provide guidance and support to Senior Engineers facing complex technical obstacles.

• Take charge of technical design and architectural decisions for significant features.

• Work closely with the Director of Engineering and Product team to define long-term technical strategies.

• Conduct code reviews and offer technical mentorship within your squad.

• Promote engineering best practices focused on testing, observability, and code quality.

• Engage in daily standups and participate in bi-weekly sprint planning sessions.

• Deliver code in collaboration with your team while upholding technical leadership duties.

• Identify and address technical debt and performance issues.

• Play a role in infrastructure decisions and GitOps workflows.

• Ensure that features are adequately instrumented for monitoring and debugging.

• Significant experience in building and scaling production web applications.

• Comprehensive expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and full-stack development.

• Demonstrated history of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
