Staff Engineer – API Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Develop the core suite of APIs for DDx along with their administrative tools.

• Oversee cloud resources (GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment infrastructure.

• Take responsibility for the performance and reliability of our releases, including monitoring and incident management.

• Engage in design discussions and contribute to the platform's growth.

• Conduct code reviews and establish automated checks, tests, and monitoring systems.

• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in developing and scaling APIs.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in managing deployments and infrastructure within cloud environments, ideally GCP.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
