📋 Description

• Serve as a Staff Consultant on NSPB implementation projects integrated with NetSuite, assisting in projects of varying sizes and complexities by converting business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

• Aid in solution delivery activities across all phases of the project, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.

• Support fit/gap analysis and business process assessments to establish solution requirements.

• Configure and develop multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB.

• Carry out the development and execution of integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, which includes data mappings, transformation logic, and automation processes.

• Document technical designs, business requirements, data flows, and integration specifications effectively.

• Work closely with in-house development, functional, and project teams to implement client solutions.

• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, testing, and deployment processes across NSPB, NetSuite, and associated systems.

• Take part in user acceptance testing, training sessions, and post-go-live support activities.

• Utilize EPM and NetSuite best practices when collaborating with project teams and clients.

• Contribute to internal projects such as solution accelerators, knowledge sharing, documentation, and ongoing EPM training.

• Continue to develop expertise in the NSPB product and enhance technical skills across all necessary areas for customer engagements.

• This position may require flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or address unexpected issues during engagements.

• Limited travel is anticipated for this role, which may vary based on client and project needs.

• Engage in client-facing activities including project meetings, working sessions, and solution reviews, communicating clearly and professionally while confidently representing the delivery team.

• Identify and escalate project risks, requirement gaps, technical blockers, and testing discrepancies to Senior Consultants or Project Managers promptly, ensuring issues are addressed before they affect project timelines or outcomes.

• Effectively manage personal task lists, deliverable timelines, and workstream commitments, proactively communicating with project leads when facing capacity constraints or timeline risks.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in EPM, FP&A systems, ERP consulting, or related implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area.

• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, FP&A processes, and business systems.

• Experience in software implementation projects, business process improvement efforts, or enterprise system deployments.

• Familiarity with NSPB, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, NetSuite Planning, or similar planning and performance management solutions.

• Strongly prefer hands-on NetSuite experience, including knowledge of NetSuite financial processes and data structures.

• Understanding of multidimensional modeling, planning concepts, business rules, and reporting frameworks.

• Preferred exposure to technical skills such as data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation logic, or security administration.

• Experience with data imports, exports, reconciliations, and testing activities.

• Experience integrating NSPB with NetSuite is advantageous.

• Excellent written communication skills with a proven ability to convert technical concepts into clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, including business requirements, process flows, and project status updates.
