
Staff Business Systems Analyst β Oracle Supply Chain Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the IT subject matter expert and main contact for Global Supply Chain Planning, closely collaborating with business teams to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions.
β’ Spearhead the end-to-end solution design for planning functionalities, including Oracle Supply Planning, Demand Management, and integration with Anaplan Demand Planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
β’ Oversee the delivery of Supply Chain Planning initiatives, encompassing new implementations, enhancements, technology upgrades, and compliance-driven projects.
β’ Work with key business stakeholders to define, influence, and implement a strategic roadmap for planning capabilities across demand, supply, manufacturing, and inventory.
β’ Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Integration, and Development teams to ensure smooth integration across Oracle and non-Oracle systems, facilitating reliable and scalable data flows throughout the supply chain.
β’ Lead business process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional design, converting complex business needs into clear, actionable solution specifications.
β’ Manage and maintain high-quality documentation for requirements, solution architecture, configurations, integrations, and process flows.
β’ Assist in testing activities including system testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization, while providing knowledge transfer and training to business and IT teams.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role supporting Supply Chain Planning solutions in a global, complex enterprise setting.
β’ Extensive functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, with strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and ASCP / Supply Planning modules.
β’ Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and Demand Management, with Anaplan Demand Planning experience highly preferred.
β’ Thorough understanding of planning system integrations and data flows, with practical experience in collaborating on solutions involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kafka, APIs, web services, SQL, and PL/SQL.
β’ Strong skills in business process modeling, functional analysis, and documentation, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Experience working efficiently with cross-functional and global teams, including business users, Enterprise Architecture, Integration, Testing, and Project Management.
β’ Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar Oracle reporting solutions.
β’ Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred but not mandatory.
