Staff Azure DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance cloud-based solutions by adhering to industry best practices.

• Offer mentorship and technical support to junior engineers.

• Foster continuous improvement and innovation within DevOps methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and deploy resilient, automated systems.

• Provide support for mission-critical applications and services via scalable infrastructure solutions.

• Oversee and sustain the health, performance, and reliability of cloud environments.

• Actively identify and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and service interruptions.

• Engage in the on-call rotation and participate in incident response activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated Azure cloud experience, with AWS and GCP as advantageous.

• At least eight (8) years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and/or Azure Resource Manager (ARM)/Bicep.

• A minimum of eight (8) years managing application infrastructure in Azure (e.g. App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Container Apps, Virtual Machine Scale Sets) along with the capacity to design and troubleshoot production-grade deployments at scale.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in production-grade coding with languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, and Golang for scripting and service automation.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, best practices, and compliance standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
