• Develop the AI growth platform tailored for the real estate sector.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including significant time in senior or staff-level positions.

• Hands-on experience in creating multi-agent or agentic AI systems—specifically, real systems operating with actual data and real users, not just prototypes or demos.

• Profound knowledge of LLM integration methodologies: prompt engineering, tool utilization/function calling, RAG pipelines, and structured output parsing.

• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, agent-to-agent communication, or autonomous workflow execution.

• Solid grounding in backend engineering principles: TypeScript/Node.js, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

• Proven history of managing product-focused technical projects from conception through to production.

• Experience with MCP servers, LLM-based validation, or specification-driven development workflows is highly desirable.

• Preferred experience in startups or fast-growing companies, though a background in larger organizations is acceptable if the AI systems experience is robust.
