• Create and manage agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM-based architectures across various products.

• Set up and expand evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for AI systems.

• Define and uphold best practices for AI development, deployment, and iteration.

• Ensure dependable delivery and rapid iteration within a compact, high-impact team.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to embed AI into actual product workflows.

• Simplify complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable product features.

• Serve as the AI authority within the organization, assisting teams in effectively adopting and utilizing AI.

• Clearly communicate AI strategy and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5–6 years of experience in developing and deploying applied AI systems in a production setting.

• Proven practical experience with agentic AI systems and/or RAG in production (beyond basic API utilization).

• Strong expertise in Python and backend development for AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring AI engineers, including setting technical direction and enhancing team standards.

• Track record of taking ownership and delivering AI features from start to finish in a product environment.

• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar).

• Ability to balance hands-on contributions with technical leadership in a dynamic environment.

• Strong product orientation and capacity to convert AI capabilities into tangible user benefits.

• Proficient in English.
