📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement GEN AI products, AgentiC AI, predictive analytics, and algorithms utilizing Python and associated libraries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into existing systems using React and LangChain.

• Employ LangGraph for effective data processing and analysis.

• Utilize AWD Bedrock and Azure Foundry for the deployment of scalable and reliable AI solutions.

• Conduct research to remain current with the latest advancements in AI technologies.

• Troubleshoot and enhance AI models to boost performance and accuracy.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices and advanced AI techniques.

• Implement algorithms for processing, analyzing, and comprehending textual data, ensuring high performance and scalability.

• Concentrate on essential tasks such as data manipulation, regular expressions, and data parsing using Python libraries like Spacy, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and Regex.

• Integrate with pre-existing NLP models to ensure efficient usage for tasks such as Text Generation, entity recognition, text classification, and text summarization.

• Write reusable Python code adhering to best practices for quality, modularity, and performance.

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver Python-based solutions tailored to business needs.

• Optimize Python code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and minimal resource utilization in production.

• Utilize Git for version control, managing Python code updates, and collaborating with team members.

• Explore new libraries and tools to enhance Python-based systems and workflows.

• Efficiently solve complex problems, adapting to new challenges and evolving requirements.

• Maintain clear documentation for all Python applications, ensuring clarity and usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Python programming and AI development, working with a variety of Python libraries and tools.

• Proficient in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face for building, training, and fine-tuning NLP models, along with React for front-end development.

• Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

• Familiarity with AWD Bedrock and Azure Foundry for AI deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with large datasets, including handling, processing, and optimizing data workflows in Python.

• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies like Agile and Git.

• Write clean, modular, and reusable code with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance.

• Experience with version control for collaborative development and code management.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing error-free, high-quality Python code.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and take initiative in learning opportunities.

• Knowledge and experience working with Large Language Models, specifically OpenAI Models.

• Knowledge and experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

• Knowledge/experience in Vector Database, Vector Search, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Chunking, and Splitting.

• Knowledge and experience in designing various prompts (Prompt Engineering).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
