This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective) emphasizing value and engagement.

• Ensure that ceremonies are conducted on schedule, with active participation and a clear focus on the objectives of each ceremony.

• Monitor cadence, flow, and delivery efficiency.

• Evaluate and track the agile maturity of teams, fostering continuous improvement.

• Promote collaboration, self-organization, transparency, and distributed decision-making.

• Lead both group and individual development initiatives.

• Supervise workflow, lead time, throughput, and delivery frequency.

• Assist the team in prioritizing customer needs and concentrating on the most impactful deliveries.

• Contribute to creating predictable, sustainable, and outcome-driven environments.

• Identify and eliminate technical, organizational, or communication barriers.

• Support conflict resolution and foster a safe, collaborative, and productive atmosphere.

• Ensure that impediments are documented, monitored, and resolved swiftly.

• Facilitate retrospectives and guarantee the execution of improvement actions.

• Encourage ongoing learning, experimentation, and Lean practices.

• Contribute to the advancement of the agile culture throughout the organization.

• Track teams' agile metrics (lead time, CFD, WIP, throughput, predictability).

• Prepare reports and assist managers and Product Owners with performance insights.

• Utilize data to pinpoint bottlenecks, opportunities, and areas for team growth.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methodologies, practices, and tools.

• Support Product Owners, analysts, and developers in understanding their roles within the framework.

• Act as a coach to foster the development of high-performing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.

• Proven experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, conducting rites, and fostering collaborative team dynamics.

• Experience in managing agile metrics, monitoring performance indicators, and utilizing data for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

• Familiarity with feedback culture and practices for continuous improvement, enhancing team development, learning, and growth.

• Skills in conflict resolution and removing barriers, demonstrating mediation, negotiation, and a solutions-oriented approach.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams, assisting with both technical and behavioral employee development.

• Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify model.

• Experience with agile methodologies, managing multidisciplinary squads, and overseeing deliveries.

• A collaborative and communicative profile, exhibiting facilitative leadership and a focus on results.
