SQL Data Architect – Support Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architectural design, implementation, installation, and upkeep of the operational data store/warehouse.

• Collaborate with Support Services data analytics teams and leadership to strategize system design, application interfaces, and system specifications.

• Oversee and evaluate system performance to ensure adherence to customer service level agreements.

• Develop and uphold system development standards along with change control methodologies and procedures.

• Keep abreast of technical advancements within areas of responsibility.

• Assess current and alternative technical strategies and propose solutions that provide organizational value.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics.

• Generally requires 7 years of experience in project management, information systems, or leadership roles.

• Proficiency with applications, database management, business intelligence tools, and development of web apps and user interfaces.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience in database maintenance.

• Expertise in metric development.

• Knowledge of internal benchmarking.

• Development of normalization factors.

• Skills in data analytics.

• Strong customer relations abilities.
