Sportsbook Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire Sportsbook experience, from strategy formulation to execution.

• Enhance margin growth through intelligent risk management and performance optimization.

• Provide a product that players will both love and trust.

• Oversee sportsbook performance metrics, including GGR, margins, and player engagement.

• Refine sportsbook offerings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with sportsbook providers and external partners.

• Evaluate player behavior and betting trends.

• Enhance user experience in partnership with the Product team.

• Assist in market launches by developing sportsbook strategies.

• Ensure adherence to local regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sportsbook within the iGaming sector.

• Strong grasp of sportsbook KPIs and margin principles.

• Experience collaborating with sportsbook providers.

• Comprehensive understanding of player value, LTV, and CAC.

• Proficient analytical skills and comfort in working with data.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
