This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee risk and liability management across Betr's sportsbook markets

• Price and trade markets in real-time, adjusting lines as the action unfolds

• Keep track of league news, injuries, lineups, and weather for immediate adjustments

• Establish and modify Betr's opening and closing lines

• Control liability limits, exposure, and thresholds for bet acceptance

• Review daily reports to ensure accurate customer and account profiling

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading on a Sports Betting platform

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in calculating odds

• Highly driven self-starter with a proactive approach to addressing challenges

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the capability to lead initiatives from start to finish

• Entrepreneurial mindset accompanied by excellent organizational abilities
