This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Offer administrative assistance throughout the talent acquisition process, covering both pre-hire and post-hire activities.
• Manage a variety of logistical and recruitment tasks to support specific client programs or teams.
• Aid in the recruitment and interview processes.
• Conduct phone interviews and record candidate responses, effectively determining suitability for the recruitment process based on job requirements.
• Create interview schedules to ensure that qualified candidates are assessed.
• Update candidate statuses in the relevant recruitment systems.
• Review applicants promptly who have submitted applications via the ATS.
• Arrange complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.
• Oversee the offer process, which includes drafting and routing offer letters and presenting offers to candidates.
• Coordinate background checks, medical evaluations, and reference checks for candidates.
• Organize travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for candidates.
• Manage various aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Accurately edit and post job positions to the ATS within designated timeframes.
• Administer the posting of roles to candidate generation channels.
• Ensure that the recruitment team is kept informed of progress, and escalate any concerns or challenges as necessary.
• Provide metric and pipeline reporting.
• Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Completion of the Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.
• Background in a business or office environment is essential.
• Experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
• Strong skills and competencies in recruitment administration.
• Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in talent acquisition is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload effectively.
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients.
