This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Offer administrative support throughout the talent acquisition process, encompassing both pre-hire and post-hire activities.
• Aid in the recruitment and interview procedures.
• Conduct phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively determining their fit for the recruitment process based on job specifications.
• Create interview schedules to ensure that qualified candidates are assessed.
• Update candidate statuses in the relevant recruitment systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and proprietary systems.
• Perform timely reviews of applicants who have submitted their applications via the ATS.
• Organize complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.
• Manage the offer process, which includes drafting and routing offer letters as well as presenting offers to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate background checks, medical assessments, and reference verification processes.
• Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.
• Oversee various aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Edit and accurately post job openings to the ATS within specified timelines.
• Administratively handle the posting of roles to channels that generate candidates.
• Ensure the recruitment team is kept updated on progress, and escalate any concerns or challenges.
• Provide metrics and pipeline reporting.
• Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.
• Experience in a business or office setting is required.
• Background in customer service or administration is preferred.
• Strong skill set and competencies in recruitment administration.
• Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in talent acquisition is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload effectively.
• A commitment to providing a high level of customer service to both colleagues and clients.
