This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison in sales for ORBIS Patient Administration.
• Provide support during tendering processes and assist in acquiring new customers.
• Manage accounts of existing clients in collaboration with sales representatives.
• Independently plan, execute, and follow up on product presentations.
• Develop key performance indicators for proposal preparation.
• Train sales representatives effectively.
• Engage in trade fairs and professional conferences.
• Work closely with product management, service teams, and partner organizations.
• A completed vocational training or a degree in the healthcare field.
• Hands-on experience in patient administration.
• Familiarity with hospital processes and the ORBIS IBIL module.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing IBIL at customer sites.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region, approximately 10% of the time.
• Excellent German language skills; proficiency in English is a plus.
