📋 Description

• Evaluate and suggest enhancements to the organization's supplementary pension schemes.

• Perform feasibility assessments and analyze the financial implications of pension plans.

• Create and execute strategies for communication and employee engagement related to supplementary pension plans.

• Keep abreast of legislation and regulatory standards concerning supplementary pensions to ensure the company's plans are compliant.

• Engage in negotiations with vendors and strategic partners in the supplementary pension sector.

• Knowledge of pension systems and pension ERP software.

• Ability to gather and document functional requirements.

• Experience with system integrations.

• Familiarity with project management and request management tools.
