Specialist II, SAP S/4HANA, SD/OTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute the Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD) cycle within SAP S/4HANA, with an emphasis on national operations and Distribution Center workflows.

• Evaluate sales and distribution processes in Brazil to uncover synergies, opportunities for enhancement, and standardization across various business units.

• Suggest technical solutions for business challenges and effectively convert commercial rules into the system.

• Integrate different project streams to guarantee the consistency of processes implemented within the S/4HANA environment.

• Collaborate across squads, business areas, and business units to eliminate obstacles and maintain a clear product vision.

• Lead external engagements for technical specifications, testing, and acceptance of enhancements and new implementations.

• Develop technology processes to ensure operational maintenance and continuity of sales after the go-live phase.

• Work with specialists and technical teams to identify and resolve structural issues, implementing ongoing system improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP projects, particularly in Billing and Sales implementations (OTC/SD).

• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in both technical and functional roles.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

• Expertise in the SAP Activate methodology to facilitate project phases.

• Capability to design and implement processes while prioritizing SAP native (standard) functionality.
