This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Evaluate calls, correspondence, and database entries to ensure that each team member's performance aligns with Knowtion Health quality standards.
• Suggest additional training to Service Delivery when performance assessments indicate it is necessary.
• Conduct regular and specialized quality audits on RCM tasks, including claim submission, denial management, account resolution, and payment posting.
• Execute root cause analysis on errors and recurring issues to minimize rework and enhance productivity.
• Prepare comprehensive review documents analyzing each team member's verbal, written, and database skills.
• Exhibit proficiency with Artiva QA review encounters and KTech IQC applications as needed to thoroughly review accounts.
• Identify and communicate patterns and trends in team member performance to recommend further training, assisting them in meeting or exceeding the quality standards set by Knowtion Health.
• Provide one-on-one training opportunities to share knowledge and experience, assess skills, mentor, guide, and develop internal employees to become confident and skilled in their roles, helping them achieve LOB-specific certification.
• Administer current training materials and courses.
• Two years of experience working with Knowtion Health or in RCM.
• Strong comprehension of the complete RCM back-end workflow (authorizations, coding, billing, denials, and AR follow-up).
• Extensive experience with claims resolution and the implementation of client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
