Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create a Quality Assurance strategy for Claritas Rx.

• Formulate test plans, test data, and test cases for new features, comprehensive system tests, and regression tests.

• Conduct all tests.

• Automate unit tests as part of the journey towards CI/CD.

• Ensure production quality by testing both before and after deployment.

• Collaborate with development, product, and customer teams to investigate existing data issues and propose solutions.

• Verify data quality, ensuring incoming data aligns with existing data specifications, and confirm functionality and data output against requirements, utilizing complex SQL scripts as necessary.

• Review queries developed by programmers for compliance with standards and performance concerns.

• Provide updates on testing status, milestones, and issues to project stakeholders.

• Assist with off-hours system launches and monitoring with teams as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining QA Environment and Test Data Management.

• Background in system testing, regression testing, functional testing, black box testing, and white box testing.

• Familiarity with automated end-to-end testing tools and frameworks.

• Strong SQL skills for querying and extracting data from databases.

• Basic programming knowledge in Python.

• Understanding of data concepts including ETL, data structures, metadata, and workflow management.

• Ability to address complex data and technological challenges.

• Experience with data integration tools such as Talend.

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
