Specialist I – Generative AI and Agents Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop the foundational Generative AI framework for the Finanças GB platform from the ground up.

• Assume technological responsibility by defining the strategy, designing the architecture, and implementing solutions for business partners.

• Create and implement enterprise agent solutions that include orchestration of LLMs, reasoning flows, external tools, and integration with APIs and company data.

• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that encompass indexing, retrieval, and context enrichment.

• Enhance agents to query knowledge bases, analytical systems, and corporate systems while maintaining strict authentication and access controls.

• Ensure observability, manage inference costs, select the most suitable LLM based on context, and maintain security for cloud applications.

• Develop solutions for Finanças GB, Grupo Boticário’s digital product that assists franchisees and partners in their financial journey, including reconciliations and managerial tracking of financial indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Generative AI: design, development, and operation of LLM-based applications in a production environment, preferably within corporate settings.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Familiarity with orchestrators like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

• Experience with embeddings, chunking, and semantic search in vector databases or similar technologies.

• Background in GCP or AWS services.

• Knowledge of managed AI services such as Vertex AI and Bedrock.

• Proven experience in system integration via APIs.

• Capability to choose between RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning, considering latency, cost, and reliability.

• Plus: familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or advanced context architectures for LLMs.

• Plus: practical experience in monitoring and optimizing inference costs.

• Plus: experience in integrating agents into platforms like Slack, Teams, or similar.

• Plus: knowledge of React / C# (.NET).
