Specialist Consultant — Processes, Projects & Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Structure and independently oversee the mapping, optimization, and transition (Change Management) of business processes, system flows, and analytical data repositories across a range of key digital transformation and IT projects.

• Convert operational and systems complexities into seamless solutions, and design and manage the change strategy to alleviate operational and cultural resistance.

• Enhance adoption and engagement among employees and end customers of the bank.

• Map and document comprehensive processes utilizing BPMN methodology (with tools like Bizagi).

• Transform mapped processes into actionable recommendations for interactive digital solutions that facilitate rapid adoption and high efficiency.

• Propel process deliverables and timelines in a methodical manner, employing market-standard methodologies.

• Conduct organizational impact assessments, crafting and implementing structured communication, engagement, and ongoing training plans for affected teams.

• Organize workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations independently and proactively.

• Ensure improvements and processes comply with best practices in customer master data (Cadastro) governance, data governance, and compliance by defining operational efficiency KPIs and adoption/success KPIs for the changes implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in leading the mapping of highly complex processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and the governance of systems, data, and business rules.

• Proven track record in project management utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional synthesis and communication skills, capable of translating IT technical documentation into clear language for business, compliance, and legal sectors.

• Highly proactive, autonomous, and exhibiting demonstrative leadership, able to lead meetings and drive solutions without constant oversight.

• Commitment, ownership, and autonomy: action-oriented demeanor and rigorous self-management, taking initiative to eliminate organizational obstacles.

• Holistic and systemic perspective: ability to comprehend the end-to-end impact that a system change has on people, processes, and data.

• Skills in communication, influence, and facilitation: ability to coordinate and engage technical and business stakeholders in support of change.

• Emotional intelligence and empathy: proficiency in managing the natural resistance that arises during corporate process and system transitions.

• Valid Change Management certifications (PROSCI, HCMBOK, or ChangeFirst).

• Valid Project Management certifications.

• Knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance processes (e.g., generating flows from text, creating interactive guides/automated process FAQs, and developing dynamic SharePoint content via AI).

• Familiarity with industry frameworks: DMBOK (Data Governance), BABOK (Requirements Analysis), Lean Six Sigma (Process Improvement), or ITIL (IT Service Management).

• Prior experience in large financial institutions, banks, or insurance companies.
