
Special Education Compliance Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee all deadlines related to compliance in Special Education.
• Relay compliance deadlines to the appropriate school personnel to ensure timely actions are taken.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, providers, and families to coordinate Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Provide essential logistical details and pertinent documents ahead of time.
• Share IEP scheduling information with schools on a monthly and weekly basis.
• Track IEP due dates and notify schools when they are overdue.
• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree along with one (1) year of experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Possession of an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Residency in Arizona.
• Capability to pass the required background check.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Experience with a student management database.
• Professional familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with a school database.
