
Spare Part Administration Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Assist in the management of inventory and logistics for Digital Power spare parts.
• Ensure timely dispatch of warranty replacement items to customers.
• Guarantee prompt pickup of defective items from customers.
• Confirm that defective items are received by the warehouse without delay.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to overdue spare parts through collaboration with various parties.
• Keep track of spare parts stock levels within the warehouse.
• Collaborate effectively with service teams, warehouse partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on spare part status while adhering to GDPR policies at all times.
• Provide timely responses to email and phone inquiries.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail is critical.
• A Bachelor’s or College Degree is necessary.
