Spanish (Latin America) Quality Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including the initial question, the image, and the golden answer provided.

• Independently assess whether the golden answer is accurate based on the image.

• Identify and flag answers that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent.

• Offer clear, constructive feedback or corrections to help uphold overall data quality.

• Monitor recurring error trends and communicate them to the project team.

• Ensure that Trainer output meets the quality standards of the project before final approval.

• Escalate ambiguous cases (e.g., unclear images, vague questions) to the project team for resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or strong proficiency in Spanish.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a robust quality mindset.

• Strong visual observation and reading comprehension abilities.

• Capability to consistently and objectively apply guidelines/rubrics.

• Strong written communication skills in English, particularly for providing feedback.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, data review, data annotation, or data labeling is advantageous.

• Reliable access to a computer and a stable internet connection.
