This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Establish and nurture lasting, trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business and their deployment requirements.
• Create a feedback mechanism from clients to inform internal teams and enhance results.
• Cultivate a sense of urgency regarding customer issue resolution and act as the customer's advocate when necessary.
• Safeguard and expand the customer base through retention, growth, refresh cycles, and multi-site opportunities.
• Formulate and implement a territory strategy that aligns with quarterly and annual objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities for digital signage hardware solutions.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions; coordinate demonstrations, technical validations, and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and positive customer outcomes.
• Assist regional sales leadership with sales initiatives as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert on TSI Touch product solutions for customers and partners.
• Keep updated on competitor offerings and broaden industry expertise.
• Represent TSI Touch professionally during customer meetings, partner interactions, and events.
• Achieve proficiency in TSI Touch processes and systems (NetSuite, HubSpot).
• Maintain precise pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation in the CRM.
• Collaborate across functions and contribute positively to a small-team, ownership-driven culture.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Associate degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing goals (territory-based sales preferred).
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to providing the highest level of support to all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Strong time management skills and punctuality; consistent and reliable attendance is a crucial aspect of this role.
• Ability to resolve issues by thinking both analytically and creatively.
• Capability to respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and to the company headquarters once per quarter.
