Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer satisfaction while optimizing processes!

• You will oversee the entire technical experience of our customers, starting from the initial presales assessment to ongoing operations.

• Act as the main technical liaison, connecting voize with the customer's IT team.

• By validating infrastructure, setting up secure configurations, resolving technical challenges, and scaling deployments, you will ensure a seamless experience and long-lasting success.

• Assist in pre-sales discussions to evaluate infrastructure, identify potential obstacles, and guide assessments.

• Diagnose issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with clarity and compassion.

• Support technical scaling efforts, such as accommodating growing user bases and infrastructure changes.

• Document configurations and technical transitions to facilitate smooth internal collaboration.

• Identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of internal tools, documentation, or processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator.

• Proficient in Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration skills, including firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, and APIs.

• Strong background in virtualization, Docker, web servers (Nginx, IIS), and load balancing.

• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices.

• Effective communicator with empathy for both technical and non-technical users.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong documentation and technical transition skills.

• Experience in start-ups will enhance your success in this position.

• You must be fluent in German (C2) to assist customers and proficient in English (C1) to collaborate with colleagues.
