Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential clients to assess their cybersecurity requirements and develop customized solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate how Trellix's offerings meet client needs.

• Work closely with the sales team to enhance revenue growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and channel partners across Poland and the wider Eastern European region.

• Lead technical discussions, live demos, and product presentations.

• Collaborate with sales teams to create customized proposals and facilitate technical workshops.

• Execute detailed evaluations of clients' current security infrastructures.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key technical stakeholders in client and partner organizations.

• Represent Trellix at industry and partner events and participate in public speaking as needed.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging cyber threats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting position within the cybersecurity or IT security sector.

• Strong grasp of fundamental cybersecurity principles, including endpoint detection and response (EDR), extended detection and response (XDR), network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and data loss prevention (DLP).

• Practical experience with at least two or more security technologies, such as EDR, XDR, network detection and response (NDR), or DLP.

• Familiarity with key regulatory and compliance frameworks pertinent to the EU and Eastern Europe, including GDPR, NIS2, and local regulations like the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC).

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven ability to effectively influence technical sales processes.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific credentials are advantageous.

• Prior experience with enterprise security technologies is highly preferred.

• Fluent in both Polish and English, with proficiency in additional Eastern European languages being a significant asset.
