This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the DigitalGenius platform.
• Configure workflows, AI agents, integrations, and automation logic for intricate e-commerce use cases.
• Design and implement APIs as well as third-party integrations (OMS, carriers, Helpdesk, etc.).
• Prompt, tune, and evaluate LLM-powered components, including classifications, extractions, guardrails, and generative replies.
• Lead the implementation of new use case projects.
• Ensure timely and high-quality launches that deliver measurable automation impact.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across systems, data, and AI behavior.
• Collaborate with CSMs to align technical delivery with customer outcomes and ROI.
• Advise customers on best practices, scalability, AI strategy, and optimization.
• Support strategic expansions, new channels, and advanced use cases.
• Provide structured feedback to the Product team based on observations from real implementations.
• Identify feature gaps and AI capabilities, contributing to roadmap discussions.
• Participate in beta testing, model evaluations, and product validation initiatives.
• Continuously enhance automation performance, resolution rates, and AI accuracy.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, both for customers and internally.
• Contribute reusable assets, documentation, prompts, evaluation sets, and internal best practices.
• Utilize AI to automate your own tasks by building internal tools, scripts, and agents to enhance the efficiency of the SE team.

• - **AI-first mindset.** You have a genuine enthusiasm for LLMs and applied AI. You actively utilize AI tools in your daily work, strive to automate repetitive tasks, and believe that much of the manual work in our field will eventually be performed by agents.
• - **Automation / workflow mindset.** You can convert business requirements into reliable workflows, accounting for edge cases, data mapping, retries, and clear decision logic.
• - **Strong API + integration experience (building and debugging).** Proficient with Postman, JSON, webhooks, auth (tokens, headers, OAuth), pagination, error handling, and troubleshooting unexpected API behaviors.
• - **Python.** Proven experience in writing and deploying Python that is utilized by others—whether for integrations, automation scripts, services, or internal tools. You can articulate your design decisions and describe your testing and debugging processes.
• - **Strong communication.** Capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, writing clear notes and documentation, and ensuring alignment between customers and internal teams.
• - **Organization and project management.** Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage workstreams, prioritize tasks, and oversee timelines across multiple stakeholders and parallel implementations.

• - **Hands-on LLM experience.** Familiarity with prompting, classification, guardrails, evaluation, and tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs—preferably applied in support automation or agentic workflows.
• - **Low-code / workflow automation experience.** Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, n8n, Salesforce Flow, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Retool—or a proven ability to quickly learn configuration-heavy tools.
• - **E-commerce / OMS exposure (especially Shopify).** Knowledge of orders, fulfillments, returns and refunds, customer data, tags and statuses, webhooks.
• - **Customer service platforms.** Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar platforms.
• - **SaaS delivery background.** Experience in implementations, solutions, or technical support within customer-facing environments.
