This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Acquire the skills to effectively communicate the technical architecture and product capabilities of DomainTools, aiding in prospect and customer awareness and adoption of our offerings.
• Work in collaboration with customers and internal teams to develop customized solutions that address specific customer needs.
• Present technical product demonstrations to illustrate how DomainTools solutions fulfill customer requirements and achieve Technical Wins.
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to deliver focused demonstrations that align our product capabilities with the customer’s desired use cases.
• Attain expertise in delivering the DomainTools Engage training program, empowering our customers to maximize the value derived from DomainTools products.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, DomainTools data, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support to customers by managing ticket triage and coordinating with product and engineering teams to offer timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with DomainTools product and engineering teams to define and test new features across all products, utilizing current and emerging DomainTools datasets and adapting to changes in new integrations.
• Maintain diligence in documenting best practices and lessons learned, contributing to the creation of documentation and learning materials for both internal teams and external audiences.
• Ensure exceptional service and support for customers by fostering long-term business relationships, generating innovative solutions to enhance user adoption, and maximizing the value of our products and integrations.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce to track all relevant information concerning products, features, bugs, opportunities, and accounts.
• International travel may be required (~40%)
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS within Fortune 500 companies in a similar customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding or recent experience with scripting languages, modern object-oriented programming languages (reading, not writing), databases, and analytical tools.
• Proficient in effectively communicating with customer engineers regarding a product’s technical capabilities, including API endpoints and integration scenarios.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues actively.
• Quick learner, extremely curious, capable of both understanding and articulating new technologies and their corresponding value propositions on the spot.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment (as a small company, we often wear multiple hats to achieve the impact of a much larger organization).

• Experience or familiarity with the CyberSecurity industry.
• Understanding of common operating systems, browsers, OSI stack, DNS, domain registration, TCP/IP, and networking technologies.
• Solid comprehension of various firewall and web proxy technologies.
• Working knowledge of SIEM/TIP/SOAR platforms.
• Familiarity with JSON/RESTful API endpoints.
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and the management of extensive on-premise datasets.
